Delivery and Returns

We understand that purchasing jewellery online can be daunting, so we warmly invite you to visit our studio in East London to view any pieces in person before making a purchase. Please contact us here to arrange.

Delivery Conditions

Processing Time:

For all ready to ship items, we aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. For made to order pieces (including solid gold, and anything bespoke) the lead time is around 3-5 weeks. Engraving takes around 10 days.

Please note that we don't ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. We ship with Royal Mail to ensure your order will arrive quickly, safely and smoothly. If you experience any issues, please do contact us at hello@lizcrowlondon.com

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Complementary standard shipping on orders over £250

UK Standard Delivery (1-2 Working Days): £5.95

USA: Standard shipping in 3-5 working days: £25 

EU: Standard shipping in 3-5 working days: £25

REST OF WORLD: Standard shipping in 3-5 working days: £25

We do our best to ensure original timing estimates are met, but cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third parties, bad weather conditions or events outside of our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Please note that any customs and taxes applied to your order are your responsibility.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

We do our best to ensure your jewellery arrives in perfect condition, but if it’s damaged during shipping, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Return Conditions

Return Period:

In the unlikely event you would like to return your Liz Crow London Talisman, you have 14 days from the date you received it to do so.  Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed outside of this time.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your jewellery must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Please make sure it's in the original packaging.

Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items:

Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for gift cards or custom/personalised orders, which include anything made to order, including solid gold items, or engraved pieces.

We can also not accept refunds on earrings for hygiene reasons.

Return Process:

Once we approve your return, please pack the item securely and include the original receipt and send it tracked delivery to:

Refunds:

Once we get your return, we’ll inspect it and let you know right away.

If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

It usually takes a few days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Exchanges:

Please contact us at hello@lizcrowlondon.com within 14 days of date received to arrange. 

Shipping Costs:

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.  We suggest sending via tracked delivery.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, if you get a refund and the product benefited from free shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
